Great staff.. Younes and colleagues are good people.. provided us with whatever we need although there isn't much to ask from them ... A night or two is great. Bed is comfy and clean.. breakfast is nice. But I think they can reduce the amount of bread spreads because 2 people cannot Finish all .. you don't need special view as most Riad rooms are facing inside ..but you can have breakfast inside or outside or rooftop for a view ..

This riad has the most beautiful architecture. It combines tradition with luxury. The room was very comfy and clean. We had a very warm welcome by Yunes and the chef prepared a dinner specially for us although we arrived late! It is situated in Amazrau, a small village close to Zagora, with a very old kasbah. They also arranged us a one-night transfer and accommodation to Erg Cheggaga desert

It’s absolutely fantastic. The room, the food, and Yunnis who treated us so well. The house is beautiful and new. I cannot recommend enough, the best place in all our Morrocan stay by far!

It´s beautiful and calm place for rest. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Whole staff is friendly and helpfull🙏 Food here is delicious, and both dinners and breakfast have really big portions🤗

Very elegant, clean , with all amenities. The bathroom was very functional with a great shower and lots of hot water. Breakfast was good. We would have stayed an extra night but it was double the price of the first and a little too expensive.

The accommodation was pretty cool, with little sofa seats in a side corridor and a cool low eating area with an open fire in a central room. The pool was freezing, which was a bit disappointing in October as it's still a pretty busy tourist season. The room was big with a good shower. Beds on the hard side! The majority of rooms overlook the central pool/courtyard area though, so it was very noisy at night with a noisy Italian group chatting til late in the night after dinner and then early in the morning at breakfast. They need to not use this as an overflow eating area. The staff were a bit odd and not that welcoming compared to all the other riads we stayed in.

It's my second time in Morocco and I've booked in to several different Riads, Hotels, etc. Though, I can wholeheartedly say, I've never felt home as much as I did in this one. The entire Riad is one big photo opp straight out 'Arabian nights' - each room is designed with care (and A/C), really comfortable beds and attention to detail. The very best though is, you will be treated like you're part of the family (which equals being treated like a king/queen compared to western standards). At no time I had a single care that wasn't taken care of by any of the lovely staff. I adore the location, no matter if looking out the bathroom window into the palm trees, the 360 view from the roof top, or any of the terrasses - this is Zagoras best. A genuine thank you to all the staff for making my stay unforgettable!

usually I rarely write recommendations but when something is especially nice I want to share this experience with others which is the case for Riad dar susan. This Riad was very clean, safe and the staff was outstanding! especially hamsa who was always smiling and in good mood, cared for any of our needs and went out his ways for a fantastic overall service experience. I haven't had a chance to meet the chef in person, but the Food was by far the best I had in Morocco and big portions too! The difference to other Riads I stayed in was that you immediately feel like home and were treated with a lot of respect, the manager greeted us personally, was always available for any requests and even organized a trip in the desert for us which was absolutely mezmerizing. Last but not least, I want to mention the interior because I love interior design myself and this is something that caught my eye: every corner is designed with love and hand made. Mostly its art from Marocco but also from other countries in Africa. Unfortunately I could not stay longer because time was ticking but InshAllah I'll come back soon!
