Delightful and helpful host! Nicely appointed room. Centrally located in small, quiet town with a few amenities but not a bustling centre. Close to Etna - a few minutes (15?) drive away to the Etna Base Station where you get the funicular to the next stage up the volcano.

Nice clean, modern apartment in the loft of the building. All essentials were available and a small terrace provided a nice outside space to sit. Our host met us at the agreed time and gave us all the information we needed and also put us in touch with an excellent guide to do Etna tours. Breakfast was up the road at a cafe which had a nice selection of pastries.
