When booking the half-board service, please note that beverages are not included with the meal.The Wellness Center is open from 09:00 until 13:00 and from 15:00 until 20:10.Children aged 5 to 14 will only be able to access the panoramic swimming pool area accompanied by their parents and exclusively from 19:00 to 20:10 - under 5 years of age it will not be possible to access the SPA services.

The hotel is perfectly located for those planning to visit Mount Etna 🌋 – it lies directly on the road leading to the volcano. From the garden and the outdoor pool, there is a beautiful view of Zafferana Etnea, other nearby villages, the sea 🌊, and the surrounding hills and mountains 🏞️ – a truly scenic and peaceful setting. Our room was spacious, well-equipped 🛏️, and cleaned regularly. Depending on the room, you either get a stunning view of the town and coastline or a quieter view of a calm side street. The minibar in our room was restocked with drinks, which was a nice touch 🍹. Breakfast was included in our rate and was tasty and satisfying 🍽️ – while not an extensive buffet, it had enough options for a good start to the day. We also appreciated the free parking 🚗 – either within the gated hotel area or directly in front of the building on the street. The hotel has a nostalgic charm ✨ – part of it is older with character, and part is newly built and more modern. There's also an elevator, which made things more convenient. The staff was kind and helpful 😊, although we noticed a more distant attitude toward international guests compared to local Italian visitors. Overall, very good value for money 💶 – especially with breakfast included.

+ Staff was amazing and very helpful + Perfect english at reception + Very good breakfast (as per Italy standards) + Spa center has several saunas, inside pool, jacuzzi. More than we expected. + Good view. + Gated private parking. + Good restaurant for evening dinner, every day special menu.
