I accident left my hold family passports in Jerko apt and I only realized that after I left Zadar 2 days later. He was so kind and so helpful sending to me and I received in the afternoon. We couldn’t come home without his help. Thank you so so much!

The explanation about the stairs was not clear. Even though there was an elevator but it didn't reach the floor but stopped between 2 floors and some stairs were needed at the start and end of the lift. This made carrying luggage pretty difficult. Another point was that the Parking situation to drop the luggage was not properly explained. I was told that we can wait downstairs and drop luggage but while leaving we were given a fine for just staying for putting the luggage. Finally a small complain that the facility was not fresh and needed opening the window to make it feel fresh.
