The location is super with a view of the sea and the old town, a clean pool, everything is clean and nice. The sea is a second walk away, the beach is 5 minutes away. Beautiful renovation, good air conditioning, comfortable and clean like home, good comfortable beds and clean bedding. The staff is great, everyone has a smile and pleasant communication, the breakfasts are excellent. Olives, palms and lemons grow on the territory. Many thanks to the owners, they helped and participated in solving our that arose. If we go to Zadar, then only to this hotel. We stayed there for a week and did not want to leave)

One of the best places I've stayed overall in terms of facility, service and the view. We were checked in by Katherine who was absolutely amazing! I will be returning to Zadar purely to stay here for longer!

Great stay! So caring and kind service, tastefull interior, no plastic at all, spotlessly clean & very comfortable - the pool, it's surroundings, delicious (!) breakfast. New gym. We arrived early and left later - team has been very accomodating :-) yet not intruding. Thank you Anna, Katherine & Team. We had Zadar intro, best ways to commute advise, and about restaurants and shops. And Croatia being so breathtakingly beautiful, all in all it made our holiday pure awesomeness :-)

Amazing accommodation with beautiful balconies overlooking the marina and Old Town Zadar. We were in the apartment on the first floor which had kitchenette, 2 rooms, living room, big bathroom and a balcony. Everything was clean, neat and tidy, regular housekeeping provided as well as shower gel, shampoo, plenty of towels etc. Breakfast included in the price was great - hot coffee was the best! We had a few quick swims in the pool while we were there - really enjoyed the water temperature, very refreshing in the hot summer days.
