Overall, everything was great. Mr. Leonard is a kind and reliable host. The property consists of two separate apartments, and the entire space is reserved for your use. We were four friends traveling together as two couples, and we also had our dog with us. It was very comfortable. Having two separate kitchens, bathrooms, and toilets was definitely a plus. The place was clean and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. There was coffee, kitchen utensils, and even barbecue supplies. The property truly exceeded our expectations, and I would say it offers excellent value for money. We arrived by car, so the location was about five to six minutes from the city center by car. While it’s not right in the heart of Zadar, it’s in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that feels safe and homey. We’re grateful to Mr. Leonard for providing such a great place, and we’re sure we’ll stay there again in the future. The dog fee was €50 for the entire stay. (Cleaning fee) Also, Zadar is more affordable than other Croatian cities, and the sea is absolutely beautiful. You can explore the islands or enjoy one of the many public beaches. There are plenty of options. Wishing everyone a great holiday!

Beautiful house, perfect location. Had everything you could imagine inside and outside, lots of love for detail, the owner gave us very good restaurant and sightseeing ideas and was reachable via WhatsApp. Overall, we had a lovely vacation and would very much recommend!
