This property is immaculate. Lovely new building , very secure entry & assigned car park. Ljubica is a consumate host & has thought of literally everything, there are so many personal touches & flourishes . Many very thoughtful & complementary toiletry’s, provisions etc were provided , all of which were much appreciated . The outside balcony space was well used for a morning coffee or later sundowner . A short 10 minute walk & you are in the old town with its abundance of eateries & bars & beautiful water front . I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ljubica’s apartment . You are also well placed to strike out from here to nearby villages such as Nin , Sukosad , Biograd , Novigrad etc

We were met at the apartment by Ljubica, she explained everything. The apartment was beautiful and well stocked with drinks, cereal , tea, biscuits etc. By far the best apartment I have ever stayed in, bonus free parking on site. Walking distance to the old town and restaurants. Ljubica the host is a very lovely lady and very helpful. Will stay there next time I'm in Zadar.

We loved everything about it, from the friendly owner and the quality of the place, to the surprise of the abundance of sweets and groceries available at an affordable price. The location is quiet, just a short walk to the old town and the beach. We highly recommend it.

Everything was excellent! The apartment was fully stocked, from coffee to various snacks. A fantastic choice, located very close to Zagreb’s Old Town, in a beautiful building. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The hostess was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. 10+
