Lovely, well designed apartments. It's quiet around. Cleanliness, all necessary accessories in the kitchen for cooking. There is a good view of the sea from the balcony. The owner of the apartment, Mr. Hans, explained everything about the city and the places you need to visit to enjoy it. Shops nearby, 15 minute walk to the beach. This is a great option for relaxation

The host is very nice and friendly, the apartment itself - clean, cosy. It is convenient to get anywhere from it - 10 minutes to the beach, several minutes to the bus stop, some shops, a bakery and restaurants are nearby.

Hans was the perfect host. He gave us a lot of useful information about Zadar (where to eat, what we try, etc). The apartment was so clean and has a great view to the sea. We had a really good time here and we will definitely come back later

This apartment was excellent. It was spotlessly clean. The owner Hans was so pleasant and informative upon check in. Very very lovely man. And if we had any questions would always assist. The bed and pillows were sooo comfortable. Wifi and aircon worked great and great addition with fan in bedroom. Spacious apartment with a large balcony. In a good quiet location. With choices of restaurants (do go to restaurant šime which is just around the corner) and supermarket up and down the road. A 15 min drive into old town Zadar. And the beach just down the road. Highly recommend these apartments.
