Safe location. Clean and well equipped apartment with stove, coffee/tea, utensils, toiletries and towels. Large windows for ventilation. Great stay near the beach. Need to climb several flights of stairs to the room. Many eateries within 10 mins walking distance. Most eateries and supermarkets are not open on Sunday, and hence need to pop into old town or get the food from Forty Bar. It is approx 45 mins walk by the sea to old town or €6 uber ride gets you there in 10 mins. Strand von Zadar is great for lazing by the beach with your own beach towel. Borik Beach is great for sunset. Konzum is within 10 mins walk. Very convenient place. Very near to yacht club hence the relaxing vibe despite the many tourists in this area.

Excellent location. Just what we prefer. Further away from the center. But not too far either. Access to lovely beaches. There are direct buses to the old town. Although not frequently, but easily doable. We also walked to the center as the weather was kind. The house has a big balcony or terrace as Europeans call it. Fully stocked kitchen. Big rooms, thankfully as compared to our Kraków houses.

Hermina is a very warm and welcoming host. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. We felt very safe and relaxed. Our apartment was small, but provided everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. We would definetely stay with Hermina again :-)
