It's located in a very convenient area, the main tourist sites can easily be covered in two days (as I did), there are good restaurants nearby, friendly staff, and a pleasant city.

Joseph was so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. The location was so close to the marina and the bridge to old town Zadar. They provided everything someone who was travelling light would need which was really handy for us! They also provided lots of helpful travelling information for when we were leaving to head up to Plitvice lakes. Honestly cannot recommend it enough

We had an exceptional stay at Apartments Marina in Brodarska ulica, Zadar. Even though breakfast isn’t provided, the apartment more than makes up for it with how incredibly well‑equipped and spotless it is. The kitchen has absolutely everything — all the utensils, cookware, cutlery, even small things like spices, which made it feel instantly like home. The bedroom is separate (a big plus!) and the mattress was fantastic, genuinely one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on while traveling. Everything was perfectly clean, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. The location is another huge advantage: only 5 minutes’ walk to the Zadar passenger bridge, the old town, and the Church of St. Donat. Perfect if you want to explore the historic center without needing a car. Overall, a wonderful stay — quiet, clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient. I would happily return and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Zadar
