Everything was great! We were greeted with a huge pie, the hot water boiler was repaired quickly, and we were reassured over the phone during a power outage. Everything was wonderful.

Cozy house on the hill, 10min walking distance to Žabljak center, 40min to Črno jezero. Great starting point for Durmitor hikes. Magnificent views on Durmitor moutains from the terrace. Easy check-in and check-out, keys are in the locked box. We arrived late in the night and it wasn't any problem for us to find and get in to the house. Parking space is under the roof. Owner Janko and staff Kristina are both helpful with instructions, avaliable and responsive in case of any questions (WhatsApp, Viber, mobile). On the ground floor there is spaceous living room with tv, big dining table, kitchen, exit to the terrace (we enjoyed coffee and meals on it), small bathroom (toilet+sink), heating. On the 1st floor there are 4 rooms with good mattresses+wardrobes and bathroom (toilet+sink+bathtub+good washing maschine). Wi-fi is ok. The water is drinkable.

We stayed for a few nights in August 2023. The location was fantastic with beautiful views of the mountains. It made a great base to travel from and we were able to walk down easily into town in the evenings for food.
