It’s a very nice hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay really pleasant. The customer service was outstanding throughout. A special thank you to Shamsiddin, who works the night shift. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive. Whenever I had a question or an issue, he handled everything quickly and with a great attitude, which made a big difference to my experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Really clean and modern hotel, located in a grewt part of tashkent. The wait staff in the public restaurant were really good. Temur who works at the bar was especially great and was always happy to help and spoke great english. I'd definitely would stay again

Stayed at The Elements from January 15th to 19th and then on 20 to 22 January .Love their hospitality.Rooms are spacious, toilet has a water bidet, the shower was great. Easy for us as Muslim to perform the ablution. Breakfast spread was also awesome. They change the menu every morning. I love the hot baked butter croissants. Location are excellent. Beside the hotel just a walking distance, there are a few restaurants. Will definitely stay here again if I were in Tashkent
