The onsen was excellent—clean, relaxing, and very well maintained. The meals were also a highlight of the stay, carefully prepared and delicious.

We loved the private onsen, it was so beautiful and relaxing. We loved the spacious bedroom and how many families visited the hotel. It was also in a good location too. Most of the staff were lovely, a couple was hard to talk to as they would be very strict on certain things - for example, they knew we booked for us and our baby yet on arrival said the baby will not get breakfast as we didn't tell them? Breakfast was included in our booking and they wouldn't fix it.

Huge room although the hotel is outdated. Staff is very friendly. Great breakfast and good spa. Free parking at the hotel.

Make sure to go by the main road to the property. The map shows another route which was very narrow and we’re nearly unable to find the hotel. Though the hotel looks old, the interior is clean and huge with very nice onsen. Bathroom needs slight renovation. Staff is very friendly and speaks fluent English. There is a free parking lot in the hotel.
