The breakfast is great & so is the dinner. I stayed for three nights & they changed the menu everyday. I love the location cos I drove so it's nice to stay in a place away from the traffic & busy city life.

The staff is very helpful. Never expect someone can speak Cantonese in the hotel. Dinner is good. We upgraded to shabu shabu. Beef quality is good too. Bed & pillow are comfortable & clean.

I was truly impressed by the outstanding service from intern Ms. Classica. She paid close attention to detail and went the extra mile by noticing that my sister and I are left-handed. Without us mentioning it, she thoughtfully adjusted the direction of our utensils when serving our meals. This level of attentiveness made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to her for such exceptional service!

Quaint, beautiful resort. Love the private onsen, spectacular experience. One needs to have at least one meal there to complete experience.
