Near the Yufuin train station on the main street. You can make a reservation for one of three Onsen to have it private. The Ryokan had a nice size and the staff was friendly and organized.

The host was super helpful they really take care of us and helped with the next destination since we had some issues, they really cared and provided bikes to go around the city and suggestions for public Onsen. Also the food was incredibly tasty!
