Please note, the full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in.Different rates and meals apply for children under 6 years of age. Please indicate the following on the Special Requests box at the time of booking:

Guets who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.Guests who wish to eat at the property must make a reservation at least 1 day in advance. The dinner starts at 18:00 and 19:00. Meals are subject to availability due to limited seats in the dining room.Breakfast is served at 07:30.The main menu for dinner is beef. If guests wish to have chicken instead, a request can be made at least 5 days before arrival with no extra charge. Everyone in the group must have the same main dish (beef or chicken).Children under 6 years of age will be provided with kid's meal. Guests must contact the property at least 1 day before the arrival if they require child meals.The property cannot accept special requests (due to allergies or other dietary restrictions) for meals.The property has a curfew at 24:30. Guests cannot enter or leave the property after this time.Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.Check out is strictly by 11:00. Extra charges per hour applies for late check out.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The location is far away from the JR train station & bus station of the city. However the hotel is very beautiful in Japanese style wooden buildings. Also the hotel reception can provide services for taxi to pickup or drop off the customers required locations with the reasonable price if they have a lot of luggage’s.

Good location, walking distances to shopping/food street and lots of nearby eateries. Lovely onsens, but subjected to availability of bookings, similarly for their in-house restaurant.

The dinner, lunch and private outdoor onsen rooms are simply amazing. We got the bigger room, the bedding and tatami is so comfortable . The ryokan is a short walk from the main shopping touristy street, and less than ¥2,000 by taxi from Yufuin station, so it’s really convenient. It’s also in a quiet residential area and surrounded by nature. The staff team is also very friendly and professional, making our stay so relaxed. Everything is so clean, neat and tidy.
