The staff were wonderful with good levels of English. They booked us onto the shuttle to Alishan which needs pre booking and is difficult as an English speaker. Breakfast was lovely. Cooked on site over the weekend and brought in from a local place mid week meant plenty of variety. Huge room, decorated well, spotlessly clean and comfy bed. Great location near the bus stop and town.

Comfortable capsule with lockable sliding wooden door, ventilation was fine as there were fan blowing into the capsule. Shared bathroom was clean, strong water pressure with nice smelling body foam provided.
