Room, definitely was able to view the sun moon lake. Staff was accommodating with requests and made stay comfortable.

I cannot understand the negative reviews. Very friendly welcome. I was able to check into my room early. There was free water and discounted boat tickets. I had a nice view from my spacious room and the location was great. Just opposite the boat service.

A really gorgeous view of the lake (from the second row, but very clear nevertheless). Very spacious room, well equipped and comfortable. Good AC. Lively neighbourhood at day, right at the center and the pier, but vedy calm at night, there were only sounds of nature. A very smooth self check-in. Would definitely stay again.

The place was charming … it was very quaint … small (one elevator) but lovely. All though it’s not facing the water directly, it was only a road away from the lake and 5 minute walk you are already there. They have a lovely tea shop just below the building and lots of places nearby for eating. There is also gift shops, convenience stores only steps away.
