Great host who was very friendly and knowledgeable on Ypres and WW1. Nice breakfast. Walking distance of central Ypres sights. Fluent English spoken. Easy free public parking opposite or nearby the property.

The room was very bright due to two large full walk length glass doors onto a nice terrace. Karen very kindly made sure my room was ready early even though I only wanted to drop off my bag, this was very much appreciated and her knowledge of the battlefields was very informative andhelpful

Great B&B, close enough to walk to the main square/centre of town and plenty of free on street parking when we arrived (however this filled up quickly and people were queuing for spots in the morning). Very friendly and helpful hosts. Air conditioning in the room was very much appreciated! Several nice little touches were bowls of sweets for guests, a bottle of water in the room, also a box of toiletries like toothbrushes etc in case guests have forgotten anything.

Very comfortable and close to the centre of Ypres with easy parking. Have stayed before and although the owners have changed it is as good as before.
