Peggy made a big effort to provide a delicious goat cheese and gluten free provisions for our breakfast, which was really appreciated, as we can't eat normal breads and cheese unfortunately. The breakfast room really steals the show, however, it's the most pleasant room, with a view of the Church and the garden.

Great place! Nicest B&B we've ever stayed. It's brand-new, incredible architectural details, incredibly warm and comfortable. Masses of space, super-cosy lighting, gorgeous bed and bedding, lovely clean wooden flooring, quiet, delightful views over to the Church and fields beyond. Ypres is a very nice little town, just perfect over the Christmas period. Breakfast was very good, and it was lovely that guests were invited to spend time in the warm and cosy breakfast room and have a drink and enjoy the wonderful macarons baked by the owner's family.

Beautiful place with lovely, comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Lovely host Peggy was very welcoming and accommodating. Parking available right outside the property. Quiet location.

Quite literally everything, from our host Peggy to the bedroom to the bathroom to the lovely wood used for the floors and window frames and over to the breakfast. This property far exceeded expectations. It was a 3 star, but Peggy told us that 4 star is the top a B&B can go and this only be achieved with a fridge in each bedroom. We were pleased there were no fridges in the bedroom as this wouldn't be in keeping with the peace and quiet that this home has. We are from the UK, and this place is not a UK 3* standard. This is a 5* standard. It was absolutely beautiful. Beautifully done rooms, clean, bright, and perfect attention to detail. The shower was lovely, and the bed was super comfortable. I have no words for the breakfast, not only were we asked when we would like it, it was ready even though we came down a few minutes early. The spread was extremely generous. Everything tasted amazing. The fresh bread with butter, ham, and cheese were my favourites. My husband particularly enjoyed the fruit salad. The freshly squeezed orange juice was also exceptional. We even had pieces of Cart'e Dor chocolate. Needless to say, Peggy and her B&B are fantastic. We cannot rate this stay highly enough. Oh, and it is an 8 minute, straight road drive to Ypres with plenty of parking when you get there.
