The owner and family are lovely; the breakfast was delicious; the beds were very comfortable. A pleasant mile walk to the me in gate and town centre

A very beautifully kept home, very clean. We were travelling as a family of 4, with a teenager and 5 year old. The bedrooms were a perfect size with plenty of space. Tea, coffee and water were provided in the room along with some very beautiful complimentary Easter soaps. One night of our stay another family were at the B&B but they used separate shower and bathroom facilities. Breakfast was fantastic and set us up well for two days discovering Ypres.

Everything was absolutely outstanding beautiful food very clean quite the rooms where again very clean the beds where comfortable will definitely rebook and come back again
