What a lovely comfortable cottage in a quiet rural setting. We spent a few days here while attending a wedding weekend in nearby Bruisyard and it was a wonderful calm space for chilling out both before and after the busy events. The nearby beaches were easy to reach for a swim and a coffee. The house has everything you need for a home-from-home trip and Alison was very welcoming. Above all, it is clear this has been a much loved home and that is the essence of what makes it such a lovely place to stay.

The house was comfortable and spacious with lots of character! The area was very peaceful and the host was friendly and helpful. The house was a good base to drive out for sightseeing- we particularly enjoyed Southwold and Framlingham!

Alison was very welcoming, the property was lovely, very comfortable, there was also plenty of hot water for the 5 of us, the outside seating was great as the weather was lovely, it was also very peaceful.

Excellent property, clean, homely, well furnished. Beautiful garden with several seating areas. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with salt, pepper and other store cupboard items available. Warm and cosy with a sitting room plus a dining sitting room. Bedrooms had plenty of wardrobe space, beds were comfortable. Lovely, warm, cosy property. Will use again
