Great location, spacious accommodation and perfect for the size of our group. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms, plenty of space downstairs too. Having a parking space outside was really handy and getting into York town centre was easy from this location. We would stay again.

Spacious property in a great location. Full instructions were given so easy to enter the property. No keys so cannot lose them. Bottle of bubbly on arrival was a nice touch.

Close proximity to the centre, host was contactable and extremely approachable. House was spacious and comfortable with an extra special touch of chocolate and bubbles on arrival. Also the shower jel was absolutely gorgeous.
