The property was beautifully presented and included Christmas decorations. Very cosy and warm. Ideally situated for visiting York. We would definitely rebook.

The property was immaculate and well furnished. Having an en-suite bathroom attached to each bedroom was an added bonus. Overall extremely comfortable, and the little welcome pack from the owners on arrival was a nice touch!

A beautifully presented and spacious house in a quiet location. Quality furnishings and fixtures throughout. The beds were very comfy and it was a luxury for all bedrooms to have an ensuite. Excellent communication with the owner and a very generous welcome basket. We would definitely recommend this property.

The house was beautifully decorated, furnished and well equipped. Spotlessly clean with lots of space and situated near to York centre. Village itself was lovely with pub serving good food a short walk away. All rooms were en-suite with powerful showers, large comfy beds. Can’t rate it highly enough, we loved it!
