We had such a wonderful stay here! Paula and Steph are really kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was very comfortable, and exceptionally clean—everything was spotless. The overall design of the house is beautiful, with thoughtful details. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. Everything was freshly made, and absolutely delicious. The juice and coffee and fresh fruit and yogurt were both excellent. Overall, we highly recommend staying here. It was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely love to come back again!

Cannot fault our two night stay at Avon Terrace Guest House. Hosts were so friendly and accommodating and the room and all facilities were very clean and well maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend as a place to stay when visiting York.

The room was perfect in every way. It was spacious very clean and comfortable. Lovely soft fluffy towels, gorgeous balcony with spa. The hosts were wonderful and went the extra mile at every opportunity.
