This is a cosy comfortable cottage to stay in. Although it is situated down a well lit and secure passage, we (2 mature females) felt very safe going to and from the cottage. There is a little courtyard to sit out that gets the sun. Sally and Chris are great hosts and easy to contact with quick responses to any questions. Everything is close by so, no need for a car.

Central location with all the sites of York within walking distance. Lots to see & do. Nice Riverside walk & Wall walk. Minster & surrounds are lovely
