Great communication and all very friendly. It's a real gem of a guesthouse with a really nice feel about the place.Molton Brown in the bathroom a thoughtful addition.For the price this place is hard to beat.

Heidi and Greg were very welcoming and accommodating. The building was quite close to the river and walking to town was fairly easy. The provided a fan which was very useful to combat the heat.

Good location for city centre for walking also local bus passes by that takes you. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of local attractions information placed in room which we found helpful. Very friendly and polite hosts
