Great atmosphere, wonderful staff and extensive facilities! Really enjoyed our stay at YHA York. The team were so accommodating and helpful. There are vending machines and lovely common areas that have a great atmosphere.

A lovely place with friendly helpful staff. Had an issue with the shower dripping into the reception/bar area below someone came to check, tried to resolve and offered us a new room which we happily declined as we were happy where we were.

Friendly staff. Great location , walking distance to York city centre along river path. Rooms were clean. Free parking and great breakfast!
