Great location for walking into York. Lovely decor and attention to detail. Freshly cooked breakfast. A fridge and fresh milk in the room. Free parking. A warm welcome from Tony.

The room was lovely! It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, beautifully furnished & had some nice features like automatic blinds, both a shower & a bath, room climate control on an app, speedy BroadBand. The app to order your breakfast & book a time was brilliant & the breakfast was very nice! Our host was very friendly & happy to help with anything.
