The location is fantastic, the property is very well maintained and taken care of; they've really invested money in it! So many commodities and utensils to cook.

Wonderful location, staff were great when we needed them (had issues with the WiFi and they were very helpful with fixing the issue). Sofa bed was very useful/comfortable and complimentary coffee/tea was a nice touch.

Incredible location, right on the Shambles, you literally couldn't have a more convenient location for a York stay as a tourist. The apartment was far larger than I expected for an "attic" room, with a large bedroom, kitchen and living room. Room was clean and very well equipped with everything you could need, including a washing machine/dryer and microwave.

Location was fantastic. Imagine, right on Shambles. The 55 stairs up to the Attic, as expected, were challenging. Fortunately I had a flight cabin luggage. Bed comfortable. Washing machine instructions found on internet.
