Central location,although peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Very informative hosts with appropriate information supplied prior to arrival for check-in.

The house was lovely, small but perfect for myself and my adult son to use as a base to explore York. The house was in the perfect location, and was in a very quiet neighbourhood.

Perfect location. City and countryside within walking distance either way. Perfect. Near enough for amenities but not busy! We loved Rowntree park and the millennium bridge walk, as well as exploring the walls and city centre attractions. Perfect family getaway.
