Great location and perfect for a family get together. Snooker table was good fun. Easy to get into York on the bus.

Plenty of space for the 7 of us. Comfortable beds. Good facilities (dishwasher etc.). Solid building with good sound insulation.

Very comfortable, excellent location,pool table was an excellent addition, very much a home from home feeling. 7 adults 1 child still felt spacious.

The property was clean and cosy despite the chill outside. Central heating was effective and easy to work. Beds were comfortable and house well equipped. It’s a 30 minute walk from the city centre which was fine by us.
