Shower too high and I couldn't adjust and shower door broken. Also bed and pillow really hard

The room was clean overall. The stuff was really nice. The area where the hotel is located was quiet and peaceful. It was about a 30-minute walk from the city center, but that was manageable. It was also a nice touch that they provided a kettle and complimentary coffee.
