Great location, we did a walk into York City Centre one day and it took around 15 minutes. The house was everything we could have asked for and more. We had a brilliant time celebrating my Dad's 50th birthday!

The Birdie is a modern, beautifully located and wonderful home-away-from-home in York. I can highly recommend it. The house is in perfect shape, with great amenities: nice garden looking out over the golf course, a wonderful and light leaving room and dinner space, great kitchen with a lot of options. It is only a few minutes from the city center by car, but in a very quiet and residential neighborhood. The beds, bathroom are clean and modern and everything works well. The house is welcoming and perfect for a holiday or for a business stay. We had a wonderful stay here with a family of six and can highly recommend this house to anyone!

Location was relatively easy to walk into town. Kitchen was superb. Beds were comfortable. Ideal for two families i.e. family with children and grandparents to stay together.

The property was in a central location with off road parking. There was a secure garden and the whole house was just light and airy.
