Spacious apartment, with good cooking facilities and a lovely garden, well located, 5 minutes walk from York Minster and 10 minutes from the Shambles. Didn’t see anyone but clear instructions were provided for access etc.

The location was fantastic. Only spoke to york Stay once, and she was very polite The little patio was lovely. We presumed the grass area belonged to the other apartment but never saw anyone use it. The kitchen is fully stocked, but only there for 3 nights didn't use the dishwasher or washing machine, but great if you were staying longer The bed was super comfy The living room was nice and cosy

Great location. Lovely and clean. Had a slight issue with missing itinerary item but the company advertising the property were very helpful.
