Warm, Cosy, Decor well thought out throughout each room. The owner recommended an amazing quirky eatery and bar. The whole experience was smooth and the accommodation was outstanding. The city centre is not far at all and cost £6.50 in a taxi or is easily walkable within 15 minutes with some nice local pubs on route. We found the whole experience of the York very enjoyable and such an amazing apartment to come back to made it all the more special.

Railway house is a beautiful building, finished to a very high spec. Very easy access to the centre with a bus stop right outside the building with a regular bus service and only around £5 in a taxi. The interior was decorated tastefully, and everything felt of a high quality - from the bed sheets and towels, to the toiletries and even the hairdryer. Very happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend and visit again.

The property was well situated for walking to the city centre and it was well kitted out. It felt incredibly comfortable for a family of four. The owner was very helpful and we’d recommend the property to family and friends.
