The fine print
Some things to note when making your booking with us here at the Novotel York centre. If you are paying for your booking in advance you may be required to present the card used on arrival at the property. The hotel is fully cashless so please be prepared for that. If you are booking a room with children please make a note of this in the comment section when making your booking anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by and parent or legal guardian and you may bay asked for ID as proof of age. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is a bonus! The bathroom had his and hers sinks, a huge bath and a separate waterfall shower. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers, an iron and board, hairdryer and many full length mirrors. The separate lounge area with a sofa bed and desk with a tv creates a homely feel. The windows open slightly and my room overlooked the river. I was in a junior suite which was very quiet and I didn’t hear any noise from anywhere. The hotel is a short, easy walk into the city and only about 5 minutes walk from Clifford’s tower and surrounding shops.
