Blown away by this stay. The room was excellent with superb facilities all round. Excellently clean and brilliant amenities. No issues around noise at all, and staff were all excellent to deal with and very helpful. Breakfast food was excellent quality, well cooked and we had no issues around having to wait for this.

Fantastic central location. Nice view of York Minster. Lots of character. The outside terrace was very busy (bank holiday weekend) so lots of atmosphere. Room was charming with lots of nice touches like pillow spray, white company toiletries, eye masks, robes & slippers. Staff were very friendly
