Friendly staff on arrival and departure and breakfast staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy, lovely cleansing facilities in bathroom as well as tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided. Pillows and mattress were luxurious, very comfortable.

The location to the centre of York couldn't have been any better. We were a very short walk from the Minster and historic wall.
