A very nice little apartment, with lovely decor, and everything you need - there are plates, cutlery, glasses (incl. wine glasses and even champagne flutes!). The sofa in the living room is quite comfortable. Having a washer-dryer and dishwasher is really handy if you're staying longer. We found there were not enough towels for the three of us, but after a quick phone call, these were brought by a cleaner, so customer service is spot on. The concierge was also very helpful. The apartment was generally clean, with a bit or two missed, but not a big deal. The best bit is the location - 5 min walking distance from the very centre of York, with small Tesco and Sainsbury supermarkets within 3 mins.
