From first communication to arriving, we were keep informed of the arrangements. Received a warm greeting by June and everything was as described. House is beautiful and our room was too, spotlessly clean and everything we needed during our stay. Breakfast was fantastic, especially catering for gluten and dairy free dietary needs. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff who were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our 3 night stay and hope to go back again soon.

Staff were super friendly. Room was well appointed, comfortable bed, modern shower room. Breakfast choice was excellent. Short but very easy 15 minute walk to York Minster.

Traditional B & B in a beautiful villa building which felt so luxurious. Architectural details that were so lovely. Parking on site AND walking distance to the city centre, city walls and minster! Friendly and helpful staff at breakfast who took the trouble to remember our preferences and satisfy individual requirements. Pristine, light and airy family room with plenty of space and everything we needed.
