Extremely close to the centre of York, but still very quiet and peaceful. The master bedroom in the loft and the bedroom on the first floor were both very spacious. Bathroom nice and clean with all the facilities you'd expect. Kitchen well laid out and the host left us a bottle of wine and a bottle of milk. Living room perfectly comfortable - it was too cold to use the back garden!

Prior to arrival, the owner was extremely courteous and helpful with messaging information about the house, parking, places of interest nearby. We arrived to the perfect size house for our business stay. Parking was directly outside of the front door along the street. It had big comfortable beds, hot shower, comfortably warm heating in all the rooms, had a Samsung tv in the living room to stream movies or You tube and all they had all the amenities to go with the house. The location was especially the best part due to the quick walk to city center and along the river.
