Beautiful, comfortable and spacious rooms looking out over the grounds and the ocean. The beach is calm for swimming, and netted. Very friendly and helpful staff. There’s a good choice of restaurants onsite, or you can walk in either direction for a couple of other options. It’s a lovely peaceful resort, very elegant architecture and decor. You need a car if you want to do more than swim and relax all week.

The hotel should not have five stars. It may have been excellent in the past, but it is now quite worn out. However, the staff were friendly, and the food in the restaurants was excellent.

The hotel is great overall. What I liked: - location, close to the ocean, wonderful views, parks and attractions are in nearby, if you rent a car. - the staff is friendly and professional. I forgot my headphones, and one of the employees took the time to return them to me as quickly as possible. Big thanks to Ms. Shimabuku. - rooms are clean and spacious, I got one with a terrace and sea view. - breakfast is either traditional Japanese or more European one, you can choose among three restaurants.
