Room size too small, some staff cannot understand English. Problem with lighting in my room, but good to change a room with sea view after raising my request to change the bulb, maybe the technican is off duty. Toilet with some bad smell.

The location is excellent and the access facilities in and out of the hotel are very good.

There was a 711 near front door. Sakuragicho Station was just across the road. Highly recommend Pepper Lunch across the road. Great City view of ferris wheel. Pillows and bed were comfortable. The room was tiny with a Double Bed and soon got used to it. Staff was friendly and helpful with a lovely smile 👍🏻☺️
