The breakfast was so good, esp. rice and miso soup. Ana all clues provided us good hospitality with nice smile. And location was good to have short strolling in the morning because the hotel was just in front of Japanese garden.

I stayed here from May 20th to 23rd, and after checking out on the last day, I realized that I had thrown my Narita Express ticket in the trash can in the hotel room. I went back to the hotel and asked, and even though the cleaning was already done, they tried to find the ticket and eventually found it in the trash can. I was so grateful and touched by the kindness of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was nice, close to the stadium and to Chinatown. Amenities were available for free, up to 5 items per person and the staff was super friendly and helpful
