We used it for our return from a late-night arrival at Haneda Airport. There were many other hotel options in Yokohama, but the price and location were the deciding factors.

The subway exit is near the hotel entrance. Room was clean. The reception staff was very welcoming. Staff in restaurant was nice.

- Easy self check-in but also a personal receiptionist 24hrs available. Room was very quiet and the windows kept out the sound of the main street. - We liked the breakfast and the babychair for our daughter. - The staff was very (kids-) friendly and gave us a good recommendation for a sushi restaurant on our request. - WiFi worked perfect for our app-based babyphone. - any kind of amenties and rental equipment were at the lobby available. - we were not affected by the construction work as announced during our stay.
