The location was very good for us. The hotel facilities felt a little dated, but cleanliness standards were good.

Excellent Hotel. Very nice staff. Great location close to the cruise port and tourist attractions. Close to many restaurants, convenience stores and coffee shops. Very clean and comfortable. would definitely stay here again if stopping over in Yokohama. Good value for money

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly whilst being very professional and courteous. Great location close to several subway’s and 2 JR stations too. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable with plenty of toiletries available as well as refreshments. Laundry facilities, microwave and massage chair available for use too. Very central and close to town centre, numerous shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Yokohama again.

Near my work place and staff are patience and answer all my questions and even guide me how to get there via airport
