Hotel is located with easy access to public transportation and shopping areas. The surroundings are peaceful and pleasant, perfect for relaxation. In addition, the breakfast though without much varieties, some items provided are unique such as fresh pancake and Japanese type of French toast etc., in particular the freshly salad bar.

The place was absolutely wonderful - it was clean, the service was fabulous, and the location was great. It was close to many facilities, shopping malls, and sightseeing spots. I would definitely come back again.

Hotel is beautifully clean, bright and stylish. Room comfortable with great views. Choice of Japanese and Western breakfast is excellent. We could see Mount Fuji from our room!

I loved my harbor view on a high floor. The breakfast was excellent with both Japanese and continental offerings The location was in the most desirable area of the city for both locals, tourists, and business people. My only difficulty was the language barrier that made most interchanges more difficult and wore me out. Certainly the staff tried to commumicate. I would stay here again. Lovely lobby and environment.
