This hotel locates not far from the nearby JR Station. Staff was helpful and room was clean but not too spacious, typical Japan hotel room size.

Hotel was clean and the service was awesome, location was perfect. Shopping malls, it just one but heaps as well restaurants were all waking distance. Yokohama train station connected to the hotel as well.

Very convenient from Yokohama station (even with a heavy suitcase on wheels although there are 4-5 steps to go up/down at one stage). Exceptionally quiet & clean. Was able to switch the aircon to English instructions for ease of use.
