This hotel is in a great location with super service & spotless. There are plenty of staff to help with anything. We choose the Hyatt Regency to have a base & traveled into Tokyo. This was a great idea as the rooms are more spacious & Yokohama is beautiful.

Great location for train to Tokyo (1 min walk). Shopping in Yokohama was a 15 min walk, but a nice stroll. Cruise terminal a 7 min walk. Room was large and comfortable, very clean. Staff were really good, friendly and allowed us to check in a bit earlier. Exactly what we required.

Location of the hotel is excellent,near to train stations,near to China Town and Ocean promenade .Hotel services are excellent .Rooms are big and light.There are wonderful cakes in the cafe of the reception area and drinks and food in the bar area . We left a cardigan in the room which was sent expressly to us in our hotel in Tokyo within 24 hours . Wonderful hotel !
